Her company, MVP LLC Connecting the Dots, serves as the umbrella for all of her creative products, including her autobiography, Quiet As A Church Mouse, which is set to be released in October 2024. Mabel also incorporates her love for the Hammond B3 Organ into her work, further enriching her artistic expression.

At the age of 11, she started her journey as a musician and teacher by playing the Hammond B3 Organ in her father's church in Memphis, TN. In 2016, Mabel was officially endorsed by the Hammond brand, and she honors this endorsement by exclusively continuing her music ministry on the Hammond B3 and S2 Organs, quietly making her mark like a church mouse.
